Terms of Use/Precautions



[1] Advance reservations are required


Please make a reservation in advance Our internet discount service requires advance reservations starting July 1, 2023.
Internet reservations must be made at least 15 hours before your departure flight time.
Phone reservations are accepted from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM the day before.
Please note that same-day phone reservations are not eligible for the advance discount.
International Spring Japan flights are excluded from our service due to potential delays occurring outside our operating hours.
Surfboards exceeding 2 meters in length are excluded from our service as they may interfere with the transportation of other customers.

Please note that confirmation, changes, and cancellations for online reservations can only be made via the internet. We cannot process confirmation, changes, or cancellations for online reservations by phone.

During peak periods such as holidays, summer vacation, year-end/New Year, and Golden Week, we impose a vehicle capacity limit. Reservations will close once the specified number of vehicles is reached.
We kindly request advance reservations for your convenience.

Precautions when using the shuttle bus

*Note ①

If you have large cardboard boxes, heavy luggage, pets, bicycles, surfboards (up to 2m long), a large amount of luggage (up to about 4 standard-size suitcases per vehicle), or a large number of passengers (up to about 5 people per vehicle), please proceed to the airport before coming to the parking lot. Drop off your luggage and passengers there, and then come to the parking lot with only the driver.
If you have excessive luggage or a large group, it may prevent scheduled passengers from boarding the regularly operating bus, forcing them to wait for the next bus. This causes significant inconvenience, so we kindly request your understanding and cooperation.
Please note that if you arrive at the parking lot with excessive luggage or a large group, our staff may ask you to return to the airport and come back later.

Passengers are responsible for loading and unloading their own luggage.
Please load and unload items up to the bus step yourself.
If you require assistance with loading or unloading, please inform the driver.

Fragile items (bicycles, surfboards, glassware, electronic devices, golf bags, musical instruments, fruit, etc.) cannot be stored in the bus luggage compartment. If you insist on placing fragile items in the luggage compartment, please be aware that any damage (including damage or tipping caused by improper placement) will be your sole responsibility. Furthermore, we cannot be held liable for any damage compensation if we assist with loading or unloading. Please understand this in advance.

Our shuttle buses provide transportation to Bus Stop 17 on the arrival level of Terminal 1 and Bus Stop 24 on the arrival level of Terminal 2. Please note that we do not provide transportation to the departure level, even for international departures.


[3] Payment Information


About payment Payment on the day of departure can be made in cash or by credit card (VISA or Mastercard only).
Please note that credit cards other than VISA or Mastercard cannot be accepted.

We do not accept advance payment at the time of reservation.
Payment for multiple vehicles together is not permitted. Please settle each transaction individually.
Points are awarded only for cash payments.
Please note that points cannot be added retroactively. Be sure to present your point card at the time of payment.


[4] Arrival Time Information


About the time you should visit Vehicle check-in, payment processing, and airport transfer typically take 30-40 minutes. On your departure day, check-in (vehicle inspection, payment, and airport transfer) usually takes about 30-40 minutes.
For domestic flights, please arrive at the parking lot at least 1 hour and 30 minutes before your flight.
For international flights, please arrive at least 2 hours and 30 minutes before your flight.
Our shuttle buses run approximately every 10 minutes.
Please note that during peak times (around 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM), holidays, summer vacation, year-end/New Year holidays, Golden Week, and other busy periods, processing may take longer. Please allow ample time for your arrival.

Passengers boarding Finnair Flight AY74 departing Narita Airport at 23:05 must arrive by 20:00, as our check-in closes at this time (earlier than the recommended 2 hours and 30 minutes before your flight). Please note this arrival time.
For passengers not flying on the same day (e.g., those staying at nearby hotels), the check-in closing time is also 20:00.

[5] Regarding Vehicle Keys and Items Left Inside


About car keys and in-car items Regarding Vehicle Keys
As we only accept "vehicle keys" for safekeeping, please prepare accordingly beforehand.
For management purposes, we cannot accept items other than vehicle keys, such as key chains or house keys.

Please note that while your vehicle is in storage, the doors will be temporarily unlocked for preparation purposes. We kindly ask that you refrain from remotely locking the doors.

Regarding Items Left in the Vehicle
Items left inside the vehicle are not covered by compensation under any circumstances.
Please do not leave any keys other than your car keys, key chains, cash, precious metals, golf bags, etc., inside the vehicle.
If you choose to leave your car keys attached to other keys or key chains, or leave valuables inside the vehicle, any loss or damage to these items is your sole responsibility. We cannot accept any liability. Furthermore, even if items are accidentally left attached or cannot be removed for any reason, we cannot manage items attached to keys as part of our custody. In such cases, if our staff deems removal necessary for management purposes, we may detach the items and store them inside the vehicle. However, we cannot individually identify or manage these detached items as part of our custody. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss. Please understand this in advance.
Please remove any aftermarket decorative items (such as those attached with suction cups or double-sided tape, which may detach due to heat or deterioration) before entrusting the vehicle to us. These items are not covered under our compensation policy.


[6] Moving to the Storage Area


Move to storage location After check-in, our transfer staff will move your vehicle to a storage area located approximately 500m to 800m away.
At the storage area, vehicles are arranged in order of return date and time before being locked.
Additionally, between the day before your return and the morning of your return day, your vehicle will be moved to the Arrival Center for tasks like machine washing to prepare for return.

While your vehicle is in storage, the doors will be temporarily unlocked. Please refrain from remotely locking the doors via your smartphone while traveling, and do not set any engine start times.
Please be sure to inform us at check-in if your vehicle requires security system disengagement, or if there is a possibility of malfunction or accidental locking.
During the transfer process, our staff will adjust essential driving controls such as seat position, wipers, air conditioning, and lights. Please note that other button operations may also be performed as they vary by vehicle model.
(If you do not wish our staff to move your vehicle, or if the vehicle is malfunctioning, it will be treated as a special vehicle stored at headquarters, incurring an additional fee of ¥1,100. Please inform us at check-in.)
Vehicle transfer operations involve handling the vehicle with shoes on.
If shoes are prohibited, please take necessary precautions beforehand before arriving at the parking lot.
Furthermore, if a shoe tray is located at the driver's feet, it may interfere with accelerator/brake pedal operation. For safety reasons, we will move it to the passenger seat.
If requested to our staff on the day of vehicle drop-off, we will place newspaper layers over the mats.
Even if you request no outdoor shoes, steps or mats may become dirty due to weather conditions. Please note that accelerator and brake pedal operation will be performed with outdoor shoes.

Changing your vehicle return date requires retrieving the car from our organized storage, which takes time.

[7] Machine Wash Service Information


Machine car wash service information We offer a complimentary machine wash to customers who request it. We offer a complimentary machine wash to customers who request it. (Certain dates and vehicle types are excluded.)
The service is performed from the day before your return date until the morning of the return date.
Please note that the service may not be available due to inclement weather on the service day or machine malfunction.
This service is a water-only machine wash (using well water) without drying.
Only vehicles that fit within the dimensions of our car wash machine and meet our specifications are eligible.
Busy periods with high usage, such as summer vacation, winter vacation, and Golden Week holidays, are considered "ineligible dates." Details here >>


[8] Closing Time Information


Guidance of business closing time Business Hours Information The closing time (vehicle return time) is between 10:30 PM and 11:30 PM, varying depending on your flight that day.
If you need to change your return "date" after departure, please call us by 9:30 PM.
If your flight schedule changes and only the "time" of your return is delayed, no notification is required. We monitor flight arrival and departure times in real-time.
Your vehicle is stored in the order of its arrival date.
If your arrival date changes to an earlier date, retrieving your vehicle requires additional time.
Therefore, if you return unexpectedly after 9:30 PM without prior notice of an arrival date change, we cannot return your vehicle on the same day.
Please be advised that return will be possible the following morning after 6:00 AM.
