Our company has significantly changed its terms of use from July 1, 2023.
Please be sure to check and agree to the terms of use before using.
We would like to strive to provide our customers with sustainable, stable quality and better service at a lower cost, so we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.

Please make a reservation in advance From July 1, 2023, our company will require advance reservations.
Online reservations must be made up to 24 hours before the departure flight time.
Telephone reservations are accepted from 8:00 to 18:00.

In addition, confirmation, change, and cancellation of Internet reservations can only be used from the Internet. Please note that we cannot confirm, change, or cancel Internet reservations over the phone.

Additionally, during busy periods such as before holidays, summer vacation, year-end and New Year holidays, and Golden Week, we have set limits on the number of vehicles. Reservations will end as soon as the specified number of seats is reached.
Please make a reservation in advance when using this service.

*Caution ①

If you have large cardboard or heavy luggage, pets, bicycles, surfboards, a lot of luggage (Up to 4 regular size suitcases per car), or a large group of people (Up to 5 people per car), please go to the airport and drop off your luggage and other people before going to the parking lot. Then only the driver should come to the parking lot.
If you have a lot of luggage or a large number of people, other passengers will not be able to board the bus, causing inconvenience. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

As a general rule, customers are responsible for loading and unloading their luggage.
In order to improve the overwork of drivers, we have changed the terms of use, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation.

Our shuttle bus will take you to bus stop 17 on the arrival floor of Terminal 1 and bus stop 24 on the arrival floor of Terminal 2. Please note that we do not provide transportation to the departure floor even for international departures.


[3] About payment


About payment Payment can be made by cash or credit card (VISA/Mastercard only) on the day of departure.
Please note that credit cards cannot be used.
In addition, there are times when accounting is very busy, such as 6:00 am to 9:00 am and in the evening.
We kindly ask for your cooperation.


[4] About the time you should visit


About the time you should visit It usually takes about 30 to 40 minutes for the vehicle check-in procedure, accounting reception, and transfer to the airport.

Please arrive at the parking lot at least 2 hours and 30 minutes before your trip.

The shuttle bus runs every 10 minutes.
In addition, during the leisurely morning hours (around 6:00 to 9:00), and during busy periods such as before consecutive holidays, summer vacation, year-end and New Year holidays, and Golden Week, you may need more time. Please join us.

Due to storage management reasons, we cannot accept key chains, house keys, or other items other than car keys. Please hand over your car keys only.

About valuables in the car
Please do not leave valuables such as cash, precious metals, or golf bags in your vehicle. *In-vehicle items are not covered by insurance under any circumstances.


[6] Move to storage location


Move to storage location Our staff will move your car to a storage location approximately 500m to 800m away and store it in order of return date and time. On the day before and on the day of return, the car is moved from storage to an arrival center where it is mechanically cleaned and prepared for return.
For this reason, please note that the mileage will increase from when you pick it up. Also, it takes time to change the return date.

[7] Machine car wash service information


Machine car wash service information We offer free mechanical car washing for customers who wish to do so.
The work will begin the day before your car is returned, but please note that the car wash service may not be possible due to various circumstances such as bad weather or mechanical failure.

*This service only includes water washing in a car wash machine. (we do not wipe off)
*Only cars that fit the size and standards of our car wash machines are eligible.
If the size of the car is large, if it has a carrier, if it is a type of car with a turn signal on the door mirror such as Mercedes-Benz, if the mirror does not fold up, such as an American car, if the car is out of order, etc., it does not meet the car wash machine standards If it does not match, you will not be eligible for the service.

[8] Guidance of business closing time


Guidance of business closing time Closing time (car return time) is between 22:30 and 23:30, depending on the day's flight.
If you wish to change your return date after departure, please be sure to contact us by phone by 21:30.

Your car is stored in order of the date of your return, so it takes time to change.
If you return after 21:30 without prior notice to change your return date, you will not be able to return it on the same day.
Please note that it will be returned after 6:00 am the next day.
